For returns due to change of mind or personal preference, the product must meet our return conditions, and applicable return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, where applicable. The time taken for the refund to reflect may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Products specifically marked as non-returnable on our website will not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
